Camps happen twice a year, and we plan them so that they coincide with the MOE’s June and November holidays.
Every camp is an opportunity for your child to meet new friends, and take a free romp
in Fantasy Land where characters and places from great stories come alive.
Clinics are highly focused, intensive programmes where we target common areas of language weakness.
Depending on demand, we have either short-term or long-term clinics happening. Short-term clinics occur during the week-long
March and September holidays (hence, the name ‘short-term’). Long-term clinics take place over one or several terms.
We rotate the skills sets that are being honed in each clinic so you don’t have to worry about your child being bored by repetition.

Real Comprehension {Ages 6 – 12}: A Reading Clinic
Is your child really reading? The ability to sound out words is not to be mistaken for the act
of true reading which is the ability to comprehend what is being read.
In Real Comprehension, we focus on the two aspects of reading – fluency and comprehension.
With fluency, we target reading aloud skills such as pronunciation, clarity, rhythm and pace and expressiveness.
We also teach the skills of scanning and skimming texts as part of this process.
Essential comprehension skills are systematically taught to enable him to be an effective reader of all sorts of English texts.
Your child’s reading fluency and comprehension skill level will be assessed before programme admission.
Regular assessment will be taken to chart his progress, and results shared with parents.
